What an incredible service from end to end. From the moment I connected with the team to book a much-needed appointment for an urgent medical referral, to talking with Dr. O and beyond. I was given professional, polite, customer centric service. The Doctor and I even got a laugh in during the consult which was wonderful considering I didn't have any prior connection. He felt like a regular Doctor and was attentive and listened to understand. I would use online GP Telehealth in a heartbeat, not just because they were so polite and kind but also when I couldn't locate an email on my phone, within minutes they resent necessary documents and made sure all was in order. Thank you for such an invaluable experience as a first-time patient/user of your service.

We did not have to wait for too long to make a booking. $65 for a normal consult is reasonable especially on the weekend.

So pleased to have found Dr T. It can be really hard to get an appointment locally sometimes and I tried an online doctor as a last resort but was really pleasantly surprised at just how thoughtful Peter has been, both during and following up the appointment. Just like going to your family doctor but much more convenient.
